Initial Draft Rules

The initial NAPR draft will consist of Three Drafts.

Draft One(1):

This will be a team draft. Each owner will draft from one of the 26 teams listed below. The draft order for below will be determined randomly:

American League New York Yankees .540 Boston  Red Sox .525 Baltimore Orioles .457 Toronto Blue Jays .512 Chicago White Sox .586 Cleveland Indians .556 Detroit Tigers .488 Kansas City Royals .475 Minnesota Twins .426 Oakland A's .565 Seattle Mariners .562 Anaheim Angels .506 Texas Rangers .438 Milwaukee Brewers .451 National League Atlanta Braves .586 New York Mets .580 Montreal Expos .414 Philadelphia Phillies .401 St. Louis Cardinals .586 Cincinnati  Reds .525 Houston Astros .444 Pittsburgh Pirates .426 Chicago Cubs .401 San Francisco Giants .599 Los Angeles Dodgers .531 San Diego Padres .469

Then the next step will be each Owner will have a week to cut their roster to 25 players. Those players cut will be place in Draft Two (2) Free Agent Pool. This will end the Draft One (1).

Draft Two (2) Free Agent:

This draft will be a 15 Round Draft.

The owners will draft from the players cut from the above 26 teams and from the players dumped into the Free Agent Pool from the following teams. Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, Florida Marlins, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

This draft will be a serpentine draft. The draft order will be determined by Winning Pct of the teams listed above. Lowest to Highest then reversed in the Even Rounds.

Draft Three (3) Ball Park Draft:

Each team will now draft a Ball Park from any of the Current Parks. You must own a copy of the park.

The draft order of the Ball Park Draft will be in Reverse order of  the Team Draft One(1).

We will run all drafts via e-mail and possibley a Chat Room. I will publish a schedule for 13 Draft picks a day. These times will start at 10:00 AM CST and end at 10 PM CST. If you can not make your pick you can send in a list to me or to the Assistant Commissioner. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE YOUR PICK OR DO NOT SEND A LIST BY THE TIME YOUR HOUR EXPIRES. I WILL AUTO DRAFT FOR YOUR TEAM.

You may also always draft before you time if the owners in front of you have done so.
